Add support for emojis i smiley.el

* lisp/gnus/smiley.el (smiley-style): Add emoji
tag.
(smiley-emoji-regexp-alist): New defcustom.
(smiley-update-cache, smiley-region): Support emoji (non-image)
replacement (bug#43889).
